Distance Sale Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the terms and conditions related to the purchase and delivery of products ordered through the Rare & Roots website. By placing an order through our online store, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this agreement.

Rare & Roots offers a selection of design objects, furniture, and decorative items crafted from natural materials such as marble, travertine, onyx, and wood. Because these materials are naturally formed, variations in color, texture, and veining may occur between products. Such variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and should not be considered defects.

When a customer places an order through the Rare & Roots website, the details of the purchased product—including its type, quantity, price, payment method, and delivery address—are confirmed during the checkout process. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided information is accurate and complete.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and prepared for shipment within the estimated timeframe stated on the website. Products are carefully packaged and delivered to the address provided by the buyer through trusted shipping partners. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, production schedules for made-to-order items, and logistics conditions.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, buyers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date the product is delivered, provided that the item remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for withdrawal due to their nature.

If a buyer wishes to return a product, they must notify Rare & Roots and follow the return procedure provided by the company. Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the buyer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution involved.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect packages upon delivery. If a package appears damaged or compromised, the buyer should request a damage report from the courier at the time of delivery. This documentation allows Rare & Roots to properly evaluate the situation and assist with replacement or claims if necessary.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Türkiye. By completing a purchase through the Rare & Roots website, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this Distance Sales Agreement.
