Return & Exchange Policy
At Rare & Roots, we are committed to offering products crafted with care and attention to detail. Our collections are made from natural materials such as marble, travertine, onyx, and wood, each with its own unique character. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the following conditions.

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date the product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The product should also be in a condition that allows it to be resold. Due to the natural characteristics of the materials used in our products, variations in color, pattern, and texture are considered part of the design and are not regarded as defects.

Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include custom-made products, personalized items, and products that have been used or altered after delivery. Because such items are produced specifically for individual orders, they cannot be resold or returned to inventory.

If a customer wishes to initiate a return, they should contact Rare & Roots and follow the return instructions provided. The product must then be shipped back to the designated return address. Once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected, the return request will be evaluated. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchange requests may also be accommodated depending on product availability. If the requested replacement product is in stock, Rare & Roots will assist in arranging the exchange process. In cases where the requested item is not available, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.
